Communication, Honesty, Ethics, and Integrity are the foundation of my business. When I was a young man, it was not uncommon to see business conducted with a handshake and a person’s word. I still believe in that concept. Although we live in a world where you spend more time talking to a recorded message and pressing numbers and letters on your telephone keypad, I still believe that personalized service and communication is paramount.
I pride myself on answering my phone and quickly responding to each of my client’s questions, concerns, and needs. While I embrace today’s technology and utilize it in many aspects of my Real Estate career, there is still no substitute for an old fashioned face-to-face meeting or telephone call with my clients.
Having been a lifetime resident of the Roseville area, I have been fortunate to see the many changes in the tri-county area. The growth of Lincoln, Roseville, Folsom, Sacramento, and El Dorado Hills has been impressive to watch. Fueled by my passion for Real Estate, I decided to become part of the industry in 2009 and have not looked back.
When not attending to the Real Estate needs of my clients, I enjoy Golfing, wine tasting and attending local events with my wife Nancy.
