“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.”
These honest words spoken by renowned Brazilian football player Edson Arantes, better known as “Pelé”, hit close to home for me. I was taught at a very young age that the key to success is a combination of hard work and passion. It has since then become engrained into all aspects of my life—be it sports, school or most recently, my transition into real estate.
Entering into the world of real estate can be an exciting albeit scary experience no doubt—but it has also been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling times for me, both on a personal and professional level. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of closing escrow on the perfect home for your buyers or turning that “For Sale” sign into a “Sold” sign for your sellers.
One of the things I love about real estate is that you are always learning new tricks of the trade regardless of your number of years in the business. This fast-paced world is always evolving and changing— and while there are many takeaways, one of the most crucial things I have learned over the years is the importance of being pro-active in each and every deal and adapting quickly to any changes or issues that may arise. My unique experiences have also helped me to hone my problem-solving skills and develop strong negotiation tactics to ensure a smooth and successful closing for my clients. I take great pride in always putting my clients’ interests first and communicating openly with them every step of the way.
I previously worked as a Purchasing and Logistics Specialist for Navy Ships, where I managed and communicated with eight different ships, all with varying requirements. I’m thankful for this past experience as it has provided me with a unique skill set in the areas of time management, communication, and organization, all of which are essential to a smooth transaction.
When I’m not on the clock, you can find me in my hometown of El Dorado Hills playing basketball with friends, trying out new restaurants and revisiting my local favorites, and spending time with my family.
I look forward to growing my book of business with Diez & Sigg Properties and I am excited to continue to assist friends, family, and clients for years to come.
