Niki Nickerson is an experienced Realtor® with 25+ years under her belt. She dedicates her time, attention and expertise to help her clients with all of their real estate needs – whether they are looking for their dream home, a retirement community, a vacation getaway, or selling property in the Greater Sacramento area.
Niki boasts an impressive background and has built valuable connections along the way that have helped her succeed in this culturally diverse market place. She was born and raised in The Netherlands, where she owned and operated several retail stores. She then moved to San Francisco in the early 80’s, where she built her book of business and became a reliable source to turn to for market trends and information. Having lived in different parts of the world, Niki is fluent in English, Dutch and German, and is currently studying Spanish.
Her extensive background in sales, retail and business management equips her beautifully to advocate on her client’s behalf. Niki previously worked in the Greater Bay Area – from San Francisco to San Jose – for large and small companies like Alain Pinel Realtors, Fox and Carskadon, Coldwell Banker, and Fireside Realty. She is currently affiliated with Diez & Sigg Properties, a full-service real estate boutique that offers over 73 years of combined real estate experience and local expertise.
Niki is passionate about real estate and epitomizes integrity, creative problem solving and tenacity. She works hard to help you understand the real estate market and is a skilled negotiator, representing your best interests. She also prides herself in offering white glove service to her clientele. Niki is certified in Interior Design/Interior Décor and uses that knowledge and expertise to help stage her seller’s listings before placing them on the market.
Niki currently resides in Gold River with her husband, two adorable dogs and three loving cats. She has planted roots down in Gold River and enjoys taking advantage of the community’s excellent parks and recreational opportunities, as well as their wonderful entertainment, shopping and restaurants.
