Meet Vanessa Loque – a hard-working REALTOR®, mother, active community member, and outdoor enthusiast. Vanessa moved into real estate in an effort to combine her passion for helping people achieve their goal of homeownership with her personal desire to see her community flourish.
Having lived in both the Bay Area and Placer County, Vanessa has created invaluable connections along the way that have helped her succeed in this interconnected market place. She spent the first part of her career in the Bay Area working as a licensed aesthetician, massage therapist, and wellness counselor, where she built the traits necessary for customer service and attention to detail. In 2001, she set down new roots in Lincoln—a charming city in Placer County—to raise her children.
As her children flourished in their new home and community, so did Vanessa—and with a little encouragement from her friends, she decided to embark on a new career in real estate. Vanessa quickly grew into her role and became a great source to turn to for current market trends and information. Her strong ties to the Bay Area and her ability to match Bay Area buyers in like-for-like neighborhoods has also been instrumental to her ongoing success.
Vanessa prides herself in going the extra mile for each and every one of her clients and creating a positive experience for all parties involved. Her clients appreciate her patience, strong negotiation skills, and friendly nature. In today’s fast-paced real estate market, this kind of energy and determination is needed now more than ever. While Vanessa does not have a secret formula for success, her outlook is simple: hard work, expertise, and integrity produce results.
She also understands the importance of planting down roots and finding a place to call home. Whether she is working with first-time buyers or a high-end client, they can count on being treated equally. Being raised by a single mom who had to work three jobs to make ends meet gave Vanessa the insight, empathy, and resilience sorely needed in this oftentimes cut-throat business.
Vanessa has recently partnered with Diez & Sigg Properties— a full-service real estate boutique that offers over 73 years of combined real estate experience and local expertise. This partnership allows Vanessa to continue to provide the same level of personalized service and results for her clients with the backing of a dedicated and experienced real estate company.
In her downtime, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her two children and exploring different hiking trails around the Northern California area. Being outdoors takes Vanessa back to the basics and reminds her what is most important, staying true to herself, the power of kindness, and appreciating the little things in life.
