You held our hands from start to finish, assisting us with the initial staging of our home, through the signing of our final closing documents.

We were able to get away that first weekend our home was listed, and be confident that you had everything under control to hold our open house. We appreciated your phone calls each night letting us know how the event went, and what comments you were hearing. It should have come as no surprise that by Sunday we had a formal offer submitted and were in escrow by Monday.
You remained by our side throughout the next 30 days, diligently responding to every text and email we sent, as documents were received, and questions arose. We probably asked more questions than most of your clients, but you never minimized or dismissed any of them. You understood that while these documents were second nature to you, they weren’t to us. We were very impressed by the promptness of your replies, wondering if you ever slept, as we often had answers minutes after sending a text.
There are many realtors in northern California, but we cannot think of one who could have handled the selling of our home of 28 years, with any more professionalism and responsiveness than you. Thank you for treating us like family through the entire selling process, and having a genuine concern for how the process was affecting us. We were truly fortunate to have had you by our side.
